| 2012 Spring Baseball Registration |
| Important Information! |
1. Registration is now closed for all divisions except the Junior Division.
2. VERY IMPORTANT -- Please check the Boundaries before registering to make sure you
reside in the boundaries of Desert Ridge Little League. Per Little League International rules, if
you do not live within the league's boundaries, your child will not be able to play in our league.
3. 2012 league age is based on the player's age as of May 1, 2012. Please be sure to register
your child for the correct division based on his/her 2012 league age.
4. A copy of the 2012 registration form is attached for your convenience. You will be required
to provide the player's birth certificate and three proofs of residency. Only one utility bill can
count as proof of residency - other examples include a driver's license, vehicle registration,
mortgage statement - anything that includes the parents' name and matching address. Please

5. Registration Fees
T-Ball 4 & 5 $85.00
Coach Pitch 6 & 7 $85.00
Rookie 8 $100.00
Minor 9 & 10 $125.00
Major 11 & 12 $125.00
Junior 13 & 14 $135.00
Note: All registrations received after January 31, 2012 will be charged an additional $20 late fee.
6. Desert Ridge Little League has a $300 maximum registration fee per family. If your family's
total registration fee is more than $300, please do not register online. Instead, send an e-mail to
registration@desertridgelittleleague.com to find out how to take advantage of this discount.
